About Optional Insurance
& Coverage System
The rental fee includes insurance that provides coverage within the limits below in the event of an accident.

- Accident damages resulting from driving conditions covered under "Important Items" are the responsibility of the customer.
The insurance included in the base rate will not apply. If we determine it to be a major accident (e.g., drunk driving, falling asleep at the wheel, driving without a license), we will terminate the contract and initiate midterm cancellation procedures.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)

By enrolling in this system, the deductible for vehicle and property damage coverage (100,000 yen) is waived in case of an accident. However, the deductible for personal injury protection (200,000 yen) is excluded.
For monthly rentals, the CDW fee for 29 nights and 30 days is calculated for up to 15 days only.
This system covers the deductible amounts for property damage and vehicle damage in the event of an accident. However, it applies only to the first accident per rental. Please apply at the time of rental (enrollment or cancellation after rental procedures are not possible).
※If the accident falls under items not covered, the CDW does not apply.
About Non-Operation Charge (NOC)
In the event of an accident, theft, breakdown, or contamination not caused by us, we will charge the following amounts as partial business compensation for the period the vehicle is being repaired or cleaned, regardless of the level of damage or time required.

This system covers tire punctures, window damage from road debris, and wheel cap loss. (PTH)
