This vehicle is an authentic car built as a support vehicle for the 47th Monte Carlo Rally, where a Japanese driver achieved the first-ever class victory. The winning car itself is carefully preserved at Mazda's Yokohama R&A Center and is, of course, inaccessible—you can't even touch it. This car, however, was acquired from driver Kazu Nakagawa, registered for road use, and offers a valuable opportunity to experience driving the RX-7 that won the 1979 Monte Carlo Rally.
