Procedures for Paying the Penalty

Report to the nearest police station (not a police box).

Provide details such as the date, time, and location of the violation (see below).

Receive the penalty ticket.

Pay the penalty at a post office or other payment location.

Send a copy of the receipt to our company by fax.

Note: Must be completed within one week from the date of the violation.

If the "Violation Notification" and "Payment Receipt" are not provided:

You will be charged the following illegal parking penalty fee.

※ If you pay the penalty and present the "Violation Notification" and "Payment Receipt," the penalty fee will be refunded. Refunds will be transferred to a designated account, and the transfer fee will be borne by the customer.

※ If the violation is not resolved within one week, a penalty fee of 25,000 yen set by our company will be charged. Additionally, your information will be registered in the National Rent-A-Car Association system, which may result in being unable to use rental car services in the future.
